We’re excited to announce our upcoming School Fun Fair, and we need your help to make it a success! This is one of our largest events of the year, and it truly takes a village. We’re looking for LOTS of volunteers to help run games, activities, and stations throughout the event.

🙋 Volunteer Incentive
As a thank-you, volunteers will receive one FREE wristband per shift (up to three total). Volunteering is a great way to support our school while still enjoying the fun with your family!

• Fun Fair wristband: $15
• Adults and children under 5 do not need a wristband

Looking for another way to support the Fun Fair? Consider becoming an event sponsor! Families and local businesses are welcome to sponsor and help offset event costs while supporting our school community.

• Sponsor a Game/Activity – $100

When you check out, you’ll have the option to make a monetary donation directly to your child’s grade level raffle basket. This is a great alternative if you’d like to contribute but don’t have time to shop — every donation helps make the baskets even better!

Our kids LOVE these afternoons, and we need parent volunteers to make them happen!

• Lead a 1-hour activity (solo or with a friend!) on one or both days
• $30 supply budget provided
• Groups are up to 15 kids and need 2 volunteers
• Include a brief activity description in SignUpGenius
• New ideas welcome!
